Other rewards for volunteering include earning Doggie Bytes money that can be applied toward training classes or shows , winning great raffle prizes throughout the days of the show, and if you work for at least 3 classes you will earn a lunch coupon. You are welcome to bring friends and family to volunteer with you. You can give as much or as little time as you have available. Help is needed during the show for these positions see detailed list. There are also tutorials and reference guides for the more technical positions.

These reference guides are also provided at the show at each ring. Please email ShowChair gooddog. This program will pair you with a more experienced agility team for your first show. Your buddy will help you through the check-in process, height measuring, tenting, your walk-through, etc. And, if you are an experienced handler, please help out and volunteer your time.

Fundamentals of Dog Training with Weave Poles: January 29th, Explore key principles in dog training and applications in weave pole training. Show Schedule Agility Show Season is Here! Volunteers are needed the day before the show for Setup such as: Unload trailer and assemble equipment. Distribute equipment to each ring. Set up and stake 8 canopies in designated areas.

Set up hose, pool, waste containers, tables, chairs, easels, umbrellas and distribute to rings. We will be allowing limited indoor crating and limited spectator chairs and we will not be counting the number of people in the building at any one time. This should make for a fun socially distance pot luck dinner on Saturday night!! The second difference is the number of runs entered for the weekend, especially Saturday. This is the first time in several years we will need to use a 2nd ring for our trials.

It turns out we did need her for 1 day so Ashley Anderson will be making the trek from WV to judge all Starters classes and Combined Pairs on Saturday!! Thank you Ashley and Mike for your flexibility!!! Course maps for the following days classes will also be posted online at 11pm the night before.
